- Communications: messages via Platform messaging and customer support requests

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, items viewed, actions taken
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers

2. Payment data
Supporters complete secure checkout through our payment partners. TalkSocal does not store card numbers or security codes. We retain order details (amount, item, status) for order history, support, and refund purposes only.
